• It is important to show up before your show time. 30 minutes in advance is enough.

• All services require prior reservation.

• Minors can participate from 8 years old or 1.40 mt accompanied by an adult.

• All passengers pay dock use tax: $ 13 usd.

• For safety reasons, pregnant women or people with back problems are not accepted on the tour.

• Guests weighing more than 250 pounds (115 kg) will not be able to do the activity.
